First Point of Call – AIG Emergency Contact Information

 

Medical Issues: + 44 1273 552 922 (AIG Insurance)

In the event of an accident or illness resulting in hospitalisation or a change to travel arrangements, AIG Insurance must be contacted immediately on +44 1273 552 922. This is a 24 hour service.

The following information will need to be provided to the AIG agent who handles the call :

  1. Certificate No: Very important! See your Insurance Card or the Project Briefing Sheet.
  2. Agent: Everywhen, Sussex Offshore & Marine, 1 Oak House, Woodlands Court, Albert Drive, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, RH15 9TN.
  3. Your telephone number. The telephone number you are calling from.
  4. Location: The name of the hospital and the doctor treating the injured/ill person and telephone number of the hospital.

Failure to consult with AIG and act in accordance with their instructions may prejudice the claim.  All such costs,  including repatriation, will only be covered where they have been authorised and approved by AIG

After speaking with AIG Emergency Services please call Verif-i and alert them to the situation.

 

Verif-i emergency contact

A Verif-i Duty Manager can be contacted at all times should emergencies affecting Verif-i personnel need to be dealt with immediately.

Step 1  Please make sure you have the following information to hand : (1) The nature of the emergency and who is involved, (2) The type of support required from us (medevac, urgent flight bookings etc.), and (3) Your name, telephone number and email contact details.

Step 2  Telephone Verif-i’s main number +44 118 972 2236 where you can speak to a member of staff who will be able to take the details and pass them on to the relevant person.

Outside of office hours (Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00 UK time), calls are answered with an automated Out of Hours message. Please press 1 to connect to the Duty Manager and they will deal with your emergency.
